I have used this for a couple of months to ease my sleep issues. It does help you sleep better but does not make you sleepy if you can't sleep. First time taking it, I took 3-4 capsules. I was surprised because I wasn't feeling sleepy when I took it. Afterwards when I sleep I feel more comfy to sleep rather than getting up occasionally at night. Overall, it does helps you sleep better, but does not makes you sleepy even though I took more than it recommended. It's very subtle effect. But then again, everyone body react differently to each supplements.
