Taste-wise, it's what it claims - vanilla, but texture-wise, you'ld have to get used to it's slightly chalky aftertaste.
It's nutrients are good since it can help me meet my daily requirements, but it's not exactly a protein powder specially for work-outs.
In short, I'll only recommend this if you need a little nutrient booster in your meals. Otherwise, go for the Vega sport for workouts and the Vega One for a meal replacement.
