As a dietary supplement for adults 18 years of age and over, take 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. 

Pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics, individuals under the age of 18 and people with known medical conditions and/or taking drugs (including prescription medications such as antidepressant, ssris, mao inhibitors or sedatives) should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking this product. May cause drowsiness. Do not use while driving or operating heavy equipment. Keep out of reach of children. 

Sealed with an outer shrink wrap film and an inner seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing. Keep dry and at room temperature (59º-86ºF [15º-30℃]).
