Use them in a salad, pre-soaked in water for 10 minutes. They are in a pack in the form of dry sticks and black granulok, and after soaking the algae look like real, have a pleasant salty taste of the sea. The salad had fresh vegetables cucumbers, cabbage, peppers, herbs and olive oil, to my surprise, the algae very organically combined with all of this. I tried to add them to the soup, but it is a pity, lost a lot of good.
