Great texture, and despite what it says on the packet (to make in a pot on a stove) you can make it with boiling water alone.
The favour is very minimal which I like since it doesn't tait the broth or whatever I use.
I like sauteeing mushrooms and tofu in soy sauce, sesame oil, and then cook the noodles in a bowl, with boiling water with a vegetable stock cube. Then add all together with spinach and snow peas. Very yum !
