This is one of my favorite seasoning. I love spicy, but my concept of sharpness is very different from the standard. I'm sharper than the better :) For most, this condiment will seem very urgent, because there is a part of the chili. Now about the composition and use. "Sicilian bread" - literally translated as "sicilian bread". The manufacturer recommends adding the seasoning in olive oil and soak it in a baguette - as is done in many European countries (and in particular, on the Italian island of Sicily). To tell the truth, so I did not try to use, but the steamed vegetables with it transformed into a masterpiece of culinary ideas. My favorite topic - put out the broccoli with cauliflower. It would seem - a tasteless diet food, but the seasoning so it transforms the taste of that ... it's better to try once than hear a hundred times;) Cool to add it to salads, pizzas or sandwiches pour ingredients. Marinate in it meat or fish (or cook them with it) I did not try. Composition: sea salt, garlic, onion, dried tomatoes, chili pepper, sage, oregano (aka oregano), rosemary. Lovely! I order all the time, no analogues in Moscow. I recommend to all lovers and connoisseurs of spices!)
