iHerb has been successfully shipping orders to Canada for over 15 years!

General Information

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office in Canada to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Customs Information

For the shipments arriving in Canada on or after July 1st, 2020, the import tax exemption threshold will change to CAD 40.00 and the import duty exemption threshold will change to CAD 150.00.

Placing multiple orders within a short period of time can cause customs clearance delays and order release delays.

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country. 

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb's control.

• Global Air with Tracking: If Global Air with Tracking service is selected, iHerb will allocate the quickest and most affordable shipping carrier in your region, Landmark Global or Asendia. Please refer to the shipping service detail below for each carrier option.

• Asendia: DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service is now available for shipments to Canada. All duties, taxes, and import fees are pre-collected at the time of checkout to expedite Customs Clearance; no further payments are required at the time of delivery.

Restrictions

At iHerb, we respect the rules and regulations of Canadian government and do our best to block Customs prohibited products from our site. However, please be aware, the following substances are not allowed to be imported into the Canada: DHEA, growth hormones, Vitamin K

Health Canada regulates certain products entering Canada for personal use. Vitamins, supplements, and other health products may be restricted, require a prescription, or be limited in quantity (typically up to a 90-day personal supply). Orders that do not comply with Canadian regulations may be delayed or refused by customs authority. We encourage customers to review Health Canada’s Personal Importation Policy before purchasing.

Customs Laws & Vitamin D Products

Only vitamin D products not exceeding 2500 IU and not exceeding a 90-day supply are available for customers in Canada due to government regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience as this is beyond our control.
